Fantastic results again from Harmeny AC’s young runners recently. The best result came for Tendai Nyabadza, winning the Lindsay’s Scottish Athletics Short Course National Cross Country championships in Kirkcaldy. Tendai was also part of the Under 15 team who, with current National Cross Country champion Finlay Ross, just missing out on the medals in 4th place, won the team Bronze medal, helped by great finishes from Ethan Lorimer (54) and Archie Irwin (90).
We had a large ladies team out too but due to injury and illness only one brave man!
