Harmeny AC is registered as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) number SC048917. As such the club has a Board of Trustees rather than a committee, who are responsible for ensuring the club follows the constitution agreed with OSRC (the charity regulator) and follows SCIO regulations.
Management
The club is run completely by volunteers who are also athletes, parents, club officials and coaches.
The club is managed by a Board of Trustees aided when required by selected sub committees and a coaching committee.
The club is affiliated to Scottish Athletics the governing body for athletics in Scotland.
