Cross Country Roll Call… The first East District Cross Country match of the season is at Stirling University on Saturday 17th October and ALL MEMBERS are encouraged to compete. Last year we got a fantastic turn-out for each of the 3 matches so it would be great to get this year off to a good start and Stirling is a fantastic venue – and the weather is always superb (honest!!!).

Please aim to turn up at least 30mins ahead of your race so that we can get vests, numbers, safety pins and a warm-up – and remember that it is approximately a 20minute walk from the car park to the start line – look out for the red and green Harmeny Gazebo when you arrive!
