Harmeny provides adult runners with a wide range of opportunities to join runners of all abilities, in a wide variety of disciplines.  The club has broad base of membership with everyone from new runners through to international ultra-distance runners represented.

The club runs a range of social events, social runs and a very friendly Grand Prix Competition throughout the year. These are designed to allow all members the chance to run and socialise together.
